A Project of the National Fertilizer Corporation Employees Cooperative Housing Society, NFC Phase 2 has been involved in discussion for a long while now. Diverse gatherings have been battling to assume control over the Society administration related Tasks.

Which tussle opposite parties bringing on party cases. That is the reason the election of Society administration were delayed. Things are different Now, Elections were held on 21 may and elected candidates take Charge of the society administration.

After The Election News & elected Candidates taking over the society the prices of society increase 10% to 15% and that will be increase in coming time

Location

NFC Phase 2 Located next to Bahria Town Lahore, New Lahore City on Main Canal road with a land of 7000 Kanal, it has shown sharp increase in prices and great ROI withing last few years.

DEVELOPMENT IN PROGRESS

The fundamental inquiry now is the point at which the administration will begin improvement work in NFC Phase 2. As per the Society officals the administration will take one more month to influence tenders. To move them out in daily papers. and settle an organization that will begin the real advancement work.

Another question that will raise in your mind when will be the society give possession? After the 2 years of Development period the society official will announce  possession.

NFC Phase 2 LRR Interchange

Now comes the effect  of the Lahore Ring Road (LRR).  expected that SL3 of LRR to cut through Block A and Entrance of Society. Which is a Great News For investors after the completion of LRR prices will  Raise upto 25 % that will be a huge gain As per Rates are increased 10% to 15% Alraeady.

Currently, the market price of plots in the locality are as follows:

IN NFC PHASE 2 Plots are available at very economical and investor price (i.e 5 Marla –  1,900,000 to 3,000,000)  if we compare it with surrounding parent societies like New lahore City & Bahria Town.New Lahore City where 5 Marla Plot Prices are Around 2,700,000 to 4,100,000 while Bahria Town Lahore Where Prices Are Far high (5 Marla -Starting From 4,100,000).

Considering this price increase in the last few days, the prospects of the society seem bright. I would at present propose you do legitimate statistical surveying before concluding any arrangement with any vender.

I also believe that this is the right time to invest in NFC Phase 2. Avoid Affected Plots From Lahore Ring Road. Basically, be watchful when purchasing plots in Block A or Commercial plots situated at the Main entrance of Society.

      According to Society officials Development Will Start within 2 Months.
      File holders paying their Development charges. Last date of Submission of charges not Announced yet.

  6. LRR southren loop not effect [touch] nfc ph 2 in eyes of old map. the gentleman equire land for LRR southren in jan 2016 order to bahira town LRR effect Bahira town sector c. I send email BBC news in 2007,2008 Govt of pak fix road from multan to lahore airport between NFC ph 2 & Bahira town via ferozpur road, then punjab Govt. start this project. Why now hit NFC plts. I request Hon. CM of Punjab built LRR south loop old map. thank in advance for positive action. Ps. Other punjab govt. will pay 10 to 15 million Rs per Kanal the effect area. the effect NFC buy this land before proposal of lahore ring road southren.
